NONDISCRIMINATORY POLICY AS TO STUDENTS

ARTICLE I: PURPOSE

The following “Nondiscriminatory Policy as to Students” shall apply to any and all schools that L’Ecole Des Enfants operates. All Officers, Directors, employees, volunteers, and any other individuals working for or with L’Ecole Des Enfants are required to strictly adhere to this policy.

ARTICLE II: POLICY

L’Ecole Des Enfants Nondiscriminatory Policy as to Students:

L’Ecole Des Enfants admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all of the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It doesn’t discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
