Yesterday we completed the third week of mentor calls with Shannon Honigblum for our teachers in the Rudolf Steiner anthroposophy and the training is coming along nicely. We discussed subjects such as how to speak with parents about the Waldorf way of teaching, the threefold human and the importance of allowing children to be children. Missing in the image is Tuija who is also participating in providing a wealth of support and mentoring to the team. Just one more mentor call and then our teachers will fly to Kenya to take their first module at the Mbagathi Steiner training center.
